The product

FormaStand One is a guitar stand made from solid American black walnut, built by hand in Hungary and finished by hand. It is designed to display full-size acoustic and standard electric guitars. Because it is made from real timber, the grain, figure and colour of each stand differ; the photographs on this site show representative stands, not the specific one you will receive.

Price

€299 final price. EU shipping is included in that amount. FormaStand is a Hungarian small business under the VAT exemption scheme (alanyi adómentesség). No VAT is charged or added to the price, and invoices are issued without VAT. Nothing is added at checkout: the €299 shown on this site is the total you pay.

How an order is made

• You reserve a place in an upcoming batch by giving us your email address. No payment is taken at that point, and no contract exists yet.
• We confirm by email whether a place is available in the next batch. Production is limited to roughly ten stands a month, so a place is not guaranteed until we confirm it.
• When your batch is ready to start, we send a payment link. The contract of sale comes into existence when your payment is received and we confirm the order by email.

Lead time and delivery

Stands are built in limited monthly batches with a 4-week lead time from the start of your batch to dispatch, plus transit. Full details, including the carrier and transit times, are on the shipping and returns page.

If we cannot deliver within the agreed period, we will tell you and offer either a new date or a full refund. Delivery dates given before an order is confirmed are estimates based on the batch schedule.

Your right to change your mind

As a consumer buying at a distance in the EU, you have 14 days from receiving the stand to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. FormaStand One is a standard product rather than one made to your personal specification, so the exemption for customised goods does not apply. Statutory guarantee

The stand must be as described and fit for its purpose. If it is not — a defect in the timber or the joinery, for instance — you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced, or to a price reduction or refund, under the 2-year statutory conformity guarantee that applies to consumer sales in the EU. This is your legal right and nothing on this site limits it.

Solid wood moves with the seasons and develops a patina; changes in colour and small movements in the timber over time are properties of the material rather than defects.

Damage in transit

If the stand arrives damaged, email TODO_EMAIL with photographs of the packaging and the damage within a few days of delivery, and we will sort it out with you.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. As a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in. Complaints go to TODO_EMAIL first; the EU online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
